WHO WE ARE
Helping Individuals Succeed is a BBB accredited organization that provides home and/or community-based services for adult individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and seniors.
Our continued goal is to always build capabilities, teach passionately, create opportunities, and offer positive choices that lead to the maximum effort of success for our members.
Each person categorized as an IDD individual, is indeed that, an individual; therefore, we treat them as such. One size fits all does not pertain to us, as people come from all different walks of life. Services are catered to what individuals need, and most importantly want.

OUR MISSION AND VISION
Our mission is to promote everyday lives to our Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) individuals and elderly. We provide services that will help individuals become contributing members of their communities, whether that be home, school, and/or work.
With the support of family and friends, our vision is to become the forefront in the effort of bringing awareness to IDD and elderly members, whilst helping each member acquire their personalized desired skills.
OUR VALUES
Above everything, we value freedom. We strive to let our members express themselves, whether it is by creativity or important decisions they face daily. Each member we service has the right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. Individuals should have most of the control in their decisions. Every other decision maker should simply provide support.
